Features may include GIS mapping, datasets, relationships, analytics, exports, version history, annotations, image overlays, and other decision-support tools.
The application is intended to support utility operations, asset management, planning, and data management. It is not a substitute for professional engineering judgment, field verification, surveying, regulatory review, or other professional services where required.
By signing in, you agree that:
- You will use the application only for legitimate business, utility, infrastructure, planning, and asset-management purposes authorized by your organization.
- You are responsible for the accuracy, completeness, legality, and appropriateness of the data you upload, create, edit, or manage in the application.
- Maps, coordinates, relationships, analytics, statistics, risk indicators, derived values, and other outputs may depend on the quality and completeness of the underlying data and should be verified before being relied upon for operational, engineering, financial, regulatory, or public decisions.
- You will not treat mapped asset locations, image overlays, imported GIS information, or other spatial information as survey-grade unless independently verified as such.
- You are responsible for reviewing changes before saving, exporting, publishing, or using data outside the application.
- You will not share your sign-in link, account access, or credentials with unauthorized persons.
- Access to organizations, datasets, and features is governed by your assigned role and permissions.
- You will only upload or manage information that you are authorized to use and share with Your Data Our Science.
- Exports, backups, saved views, and version history are provided as data-management tools and do not replace your organization's own records-retention or backup obligations.
- Third-party maps, imagery, links, basemaps, geocoding, or other external services may have separate terms, availability, accuracy, and usage limitations.
- Your Data Our Science may log application activity for security, troubleshooting, auditing, performance, and support purposes.
- Features and functionality may change over time as the application is updated.
